Tony Farley is an independent quality consultant, facilitator and evaluator with a great deal of experience in the voluntary and public sector. He is the lead author of PQASSO - Practical Quality Assurance Systems for Small Organisations and of ‘Quality First’ a quality system written especially for organisations without any paid staff, or with part-time workers, (now available in Russian, Serb - Croat and in Braille). He also played a major role in the design and development of QSM - quality standards manuals for care within a residential setting, Sheltered housing and Live at Home schemes. He is the co-author of Quality in Play - QA for children's play providers (2001) which is a DfES and an Investors in Children accredited scheme, and the editor of the Quality Assurance System for Refugee Organisations (QASRO -2001). These publications demonstrate Tony's unique skills, expertise and experience in designing practical and accessible systems that are user friendly.
